1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Katallo ("we", "us") and users ("User", "you") of the platform at https://www.katallo.com.

By creating an account, accessing, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Katallo may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on the website and take effect upon publication.

Supplier identification

Katallo is operated by Pedro Magalhães (individual provider) from João Pessoa, Paraíba, Brasil. Contact: [email protected]. Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller (Merchant of Record).

2. The Service

Katallo provides an online platform to create and manage digital product catalogs, enabling businesses and individuals to showcase products and services online.

We strive to ensure proper operation; temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Katallo is not responsible for content published by Users in their catalogs. Users are solely responsible for their content.

Free or trial plans may be offered, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Registration and account

Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and use.

Each account is personal and non-transferable. Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and must notify Katallo promptly of unauthorized access.

Katallo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Pricing and subscription details are available on the website. Subscription payments and billing are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.

Where applicable under consumer protection laws, Users may have cancellation or refund rights within legally defined periods. Refund eligibility and requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with our Refund Policy, the Paddle Refund Policy, and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

5. User content and responsibilities

Users shall not publish content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, sexually explicit, or infringing third-party rights.

Prohibited uses include spam, promotion of illegal activities, and hosting malware or harmful content.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the Katallo platform remain with Katallo. Users retain ownership of their content but grant Katallo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display it solely to operate the Service.

7. Privacy and data protection

Katallo processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the LGPD (Brazil), the GDPR where relevant, and other mandatory data protection rules. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Security

Katallo implements reasonable technical and organizational measures. Users acknowledge that no online service guarantees absolute security.

9. Limitation of liability

Katallo does not guarantee specific commercial results. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Katallo shall not be liable for temporary interruptions, data loss caused by User actions, or damages arising from User or third-party content.

10. Cancellation and termination

Users may cancel their account at any time through the account panel. Katallo may suspend or terminate accounts for serious violations or prolonged inactivity on free plans.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Mandatory consumer protection rules in the User's country of residence always apply where required by law.

Disputes involving consumers in Brazil shall be resolved before the courts of the consumer's domicile, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code (CDC). Other disputes may be submitted to the courts of João Pessoa, Paraíba, Brasil, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. Final provisions

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
