Katallo
Katallo (the "Supplier") provides digital subscriptions and services. Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for purchases. Paddle processes your payment and any applicable refunds.
This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy. If local consumer protection laws or Paddle grant you additional non-waivable rights, the highest level of protection always applies.
1. Global refund policy
Unless required by applicable law, all transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may issue refunds on a discretionary basis or if you exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal or refund right under applicable law. Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
If you receive a refund in accordance with this Policy, access to the relevant paid features will cease.
2. Country-specific rules
Where local consumer protection laws grant unconditional withdrawal rights, those rights apply. Typical statutory periods include:
The right to withdraw may not apply to digital content that has started to be downloaded, streamed or otherwise used when you have given express consent to waive your withdrawal rights, as permitted by applicable law.
3. How to withdraw and request a refund
To withdraw, cancel and/or request a refund, contact Paddle using one of the following methods:
If eligible, refunds will be processed by Paddle using the same payment method where possible, within 14 days of approval of the request.
You may cancel automatic subscription renewal at any time from your Katallo account panel. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund amounts already charged unless required by law or approved by Paddle.
4. Refunds for technical or product defects
If you experience persistent technical issues with the product or a material defect that prevents you from accessing features as described, contact Katallo support at [email protected] first to attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact Paddle support through the channels above and provide details of the issue and any response received from Katallo.
5. Chargebacks and payment disputes
We encourage you to contact Paddle before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. If you initiate a chargeback, access to the relevant product may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed.
